EDIT: Tried to get a slightly better picture up here, and after receiving some feedback, wanted to explain that it's supposed to be a normal apple with a worm munching up above and a caterpillar munching below, making it look like a face...

Gail Buschman (NightenGailArt.com) put out a challenge yesterday to "Draw one face every day for the entire month." I'm going to try to rise to that challenge...
