No time today, so here's a 2 minute icky concept sketch inspired by my massive fruit purchases today...
EDIT: Tried to get a slightly better picture up here, and after receiving some feedback, wanted to explain that it's supposed to be a normal apple with a worm munching up above and a caterpillar munching below, making it look like a face...
